Working through a challenging work week with little sleep, i didn’t have time to prepare as much as I’d liked, so I decided to let a change of scene help with the inspiration.
And I’m hoping my memory of this BD is at least partially accurate.
We knocked out some SSH, copperhead squats and IWs….
Today was the day for the first mosy to the Alpharetta Arts Center.
First routine to be done 5 times: Run a lap, and then do the following exercises:
20 alpha-count lunges (quickly adapted to single count)
Second, lunge-walked from the streetlight to the Arts Center driveway, did 25 merkins, and slow moseyed back. Repeated except did crab walks from the corner to the driveway the second time.
Next, ran to the backside of AES and knocked out a couple of sets of 10 pullups with the other person doing BTTW, dips or derkins.
Finally, moseyed up to the circular park behind the flag where one PAX did lunge walks across and then slow-moseyed back around the track; twice. The other PAX had some business to take care of and rejoined for a bit of Mary (LBCs).
Prayed for PitStop and PI’s family situations and other men facing challenging times.
