10 rounds of work lasting 4 minutes per round. At the beginning of each round, the PAX ran around the parking lot, then held their body in the down position of a merkin until failure. Upon failure, each PAX grabbed their cinder block and performed the following exercises until the alarm beeped, letting them know it was time to start the next round.

Round 2 – Lunges
Round 3 – Rows
Round 4 – V Ups
Round 5 – Jump Overs
Round 6 – Presses from the ground
Round 7 – Good Mornings
Round 8 – Skull crushers from the ground
Round 9 – Squats
Round 10 – Swings
Upon completion of the ten rounds, the PAX completed a circle of doom, getting up to 51 merkins when time expired.
