First Thang: Setup a competition between two halves of the group in the middle of the parking lot with four corners of exercises – corner one 10 Burpies, corner two BBSU, corner 3 30 Merkins, Corner four 40 Donkey Kicks, then sprint back to the middle. Losing team did 10 Burpies, winning team only 5. Did a second round with 10 monkey humpers, 20 star jumps, 30 squats, and 40 SSH – losers 10 Hand Release Merkins, winners only 5. Did a third and decisive round of leg exercises (didn’t document, don’t remember), and naturally it ended in a tie.
Second Thang: Tabata style workout with alternating 45-second sets of Balls to the Wall and Plank (substituted some wall sits for the BTW as we got gassed). Total of 9 minutes.
Finished with some Mary for 4 minutes and that’s a wrap.
