The Pain began when we started things out with a shattered Cinder that was replaced by a 65(ish) pound rock

Mosey’d over to the pullup bar for a quick Morning call(5 pullups/5 Merkins, 2 at a time on the pullup bar)
Mosey’d back to the parking lot for the pain to begin. Most all exercises were to be performed with a cinder(boulder). Each round will include 4 sets of 20 reps a piece. After each round the PAX will do a Cusac with their cinder around the parking lot(this changed to 2 laps without the cinder after round 4). There were 4 Sets that we repeated for a total of 7.5 rounds before time ran out.
