Mosey to the flag with some butt-kickers, high knees, and Carioca (both ways) around the parking lot islands. We’ll see you soon, friends…
The Thang 1
Partner up and find a spot on the wall around the concession stand. Partner 1 wall sits while the other runs around the flag and back and takes over for Partner 2. Repeat 4 times.
The Thang 2
Mosey to the rock pile by the pool and find a lifting coupon. Line up along the side of the parking lot with the same parter (I gave people a chance to change, that was awkward, so everyone kept the same…I think).
Partner 1 completes the cumulative reps for the partnership of the following exercises:
200 Overhead Presses
200 Skull Crushers
200 Bentover Rows
Partner 2 runs to the first island, completes 1 burpee and then circles back and takes over reps for Partner 1. Partner 2 completes the same. Move on to the next island with each handoff. Each island increases the burpee count by 1, all the way to 6. Work you way back down once you get to the far side of the parking lot.
Everybody finished so we returned our coupons and moseyed back to the flag. Some Mary to complete with the HI guys (who came in hot):

This Q was definitely spur of the moment and I had “Q Block” (I’m going to make that a thing now) because I couldn’t come up with any plans the night before. Luckily a good night’s sleep helped clear the block and bring a little bit of pain and a whole lot of sweat. It’s always an honor to lead such a large group. Thanks guys for continually pushing me.
