Good crew out this AM. 12 for Rubicon and 10 for HI. This was YHC’s first BD in over a month with no boot or scooter. Healing continues, but slower than I would like.
Ran over to the flagpole for a warm-up of IC SSH, weedpickers, and arm circles.
Headed to the rock pile near FOD to select a medium large lifting coupon. Sequence for today was a step-down circuit. At the rock station in the grass, we did curls, shoulder press and standing rows. Station 2 was at the planters behind FOD where we did derkins, step-ups and dips. Round 1 we did 30 reps each exercise. Subsequent round rep counts were 25, 20, 15, 10 and 5. 6 in and we still had some time so return the coupons and head down to FOD around home plate. Bear crawl around the bases stopping at each for some work. 1st base – 20 merkins, 2nd base – 5 burpees, 3rd base – 20 merkins and home plate – 5 burpees. Back to the flag for time.

It was great to be back out doing a normal BD this morning with no boot and scooter. I have really missed that. Don’t realize how much this means to you until it’s taken away.
