The Thang:

Today was time for an old style Girlfriend beatdown. Musical Dora style.

Partner up. Partner one does the exercises for that song, partner two runs the parking lot loop then flapjack with partner 2 doing the exercise and partner 1 running. Continue until the song ends. New song = new exercise.

2nd F tonight at Central City Tavern downtown Alpharetta 7pm

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It is always a good morning when you are surrounded by men of The Alpha! Great to see some men up from Rubicon for a visit and returning Alphaman No Seeum is moving back up from Tampa area. Great to see the dynamic duo of Cox and Funjun. And all of the Norseman regulars!

TNT from today: Arrows are built for a purpose. They have a pointy end and “feathers” at the other end so they will fly straight and hit the target.

Psalm 127:4-5
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.

It takes careful aim to hit the target with your arrow. Train you children well so that when you release them they fly straight and true and hit the intended target.
