Divide into groups based on height, one group of 6 and one group of 4
Group of 4 starts on the 6×6 wood beam with 2 pax running a lap and 2 pax teaming with the beam. Swap after a lap and cycle through 4 exercises.
– Shoulder press
– Bend overs with beam
– Squats (with solid eye contact)
Group of six divides up into groups of 2 and spreads across the other elements, with 1 pax exercising and 1 pax running a lap, swapping spots after each lap and cycling to next element after both pax complete a lap.
– Mary (~80lb sandbag) – Deadlifts
– Marilyn (~60lb sandbag) – squats
– Minnie (~40lb sandbag) – Lunges
– Battle rope
Continue until group on the beam works through all 4 exercises then swap
– group of 4 divides into partners and works through the sandbags/rope
– group of 6 into 2 groups of 3 with 2 pax on the beam and 1 running
Continue until group on the beam completes all 4 exercises.
Swap positions back to original spots
at 40 min mosey back to the flag
Thunderstruck comes on speaker so burpees to Thunder until time
