AO: The Rubicon When: 05/13/2021 QIC: Stiff Arm PAX (16): Focker, False Start, Turbine, Special K, Updyke, SaSSy Mom, Nomad, Caffy, Stiffler, Lefty, Cookie, Devito, Miller Time, Lil Hurt, Stiff Arm + FNG (Rooster) Warm-O-Rama:Warm up was at the big flag: 15 SSH 15 Weed Pickers 15 Hill Billies The Thang:This was a 3 part workout that had a huge focus on the running portion. The title sums it up, have no gas in your car, all is well! Simply run everywhere. After a quick warmup we did a quick Mosey over to the dog track to start: Pt 1. 3 rounds: 5 Burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs, 20 AC Mountain Climbers. After each succession you added a lap of the dog track. With the final round being 3 so you completed 3 laps on that round. Pt. 2: We then did another quick mosey over to the ‘Hill of Dreams’ 5 Burpees at the bottom, Bear Crawl to the top of the HOD & then 5 Burpees at the top. Run Back Down. 10 Merkins at the bottom, BC to the top, complete 10 Merkins at the top. 20 LBC, BC to the top, complete 20 LBC. Pt. 3: To finish off we then took another quick mosey to the bathrooms located outside of the Field of Dreams. 3 Rounds: 35s Balls to the Wall Mosey back to the FOD, taking the long way around the outfield and completing 35 Squats at Home base. Mosey back over to the HOD for 35 Diamond Merkins To finish the round Mosey back to the bathrooms for 35 dips on the planter boxes. Naked-Man Moleskin:Points of Interest: It was reported that someone did yell ‘Dam Aussies’ after the excessive running! Hahahah Have noted some confusions with 25 or 35 reps!
