Pax grab a block. 4 rounds of the following:
2 overhead press
Now for the parking lot voyage. Start at one corner of the lot, 10 diamond merkins. Then carry your block as you walk to the other corner. At ever 5th line, stop and do 10 curls. When reaching corner #2, do 10 diamond merkins + 20 swings w/block. Then walk to the next corner stopping every 5th line to do 10 overhead press. At corner #3, 10 diamond merkins + 20 swings w/block + 30 squats w/block. Next, lunge w/the block to the next corner. Every 5th line, do 10 deadlifts. At the next corner, 10 diamond merkins + 20 swings w/block + 30 squats w/block + 40 chest press. Walk w/the block back to the first corner, stopping every 5th line to do 10 skull crushers.
Back at the starting point, 4 rounds of the following (all w/the block except the burpee):

Put the blocks back and finish with a couple rounds of Captain Thor. Then we hit time!
