Yesterday (5/2) would have been my Dad’s 71st birthday. This workout included 4 exercises that he enjoyed doing. OK, so he never mentioned he enjoyed mercans, but at least it’s not burpees?

400m ruck (to the opposite line and back, twice)
We had a bit of time left on the clock, so lunged up to the bottom of the hill to the parking lot. Ruck backwards up the hill. Take a long loop around the parking lot, backwards up the hill again. I thought DC2 would call some American Hammers, but instead we rucked a bit more to hit 45 minutes.
