Partner 1 starts bear crawling while partner 2 does 10 wide-arm merkins. Once partner 2 finishes, run to catch partner 1, then flapjack. Distance: from pull-up bars to sit-up station. Halt for the 6. Once 6 is in, mosey down hill towards lax fields.

Partner 1 starts lunge walk while partner 2 does 10 Carolina dry docks (modified to 15 half-way through) Once partner 2 finishes, run to catch partner 1 – then flapjack. Distance: to fence opening on lax fields on the right. Halt for the 6. Once 6 is in, mosey to parking lot on other side of LAX fields
Next, at the parking lot it was time for some hill work of course.
3 rounds of exercises followed by a run down the hill and back.
Round 1: Partner 1 did Burpees, while partner 2 ran to bottom of hill and back up. Flap Jack.
Round 2: Partner 1 did Star Jumps while partner 2 ran to bottom and ran backwards up. Flap Jack.
Round 3: Partner did flutter kicks & Am Hammer while partner 2 ran to bottom and broad jumped /lunge walked back up the hill.
Once all rounds were done, it was time to mosey back to flag. Along the way back a couple halts with squats as we waited for the 6.
Once back at the flag – brief round of Mary until time.
Good reminder about getting a Road ID. Bracelet or you can attach them to a watch or shoe.
