YHC took the week off for spring break so I was looking forward to getting back together with the boys.

The Thang:

Moseyed over to the field behind the school and we completed a four corners workout.

At the first corner, complete 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 lunges (single count).  Then run to the next corner of the field, adding 10 more reps of each workout.  We completed two loops of the field, so at the last corner we completed 80 reps of each exercise, with a total rep count of 360 merkins, 360 squats, and 360 lunges.

We then moseyed back over to the flag and took turns calling out exercises until we hit time.


It was good to be back in the saddle with you all.
