Preamble:

Pinch hitting today so decided to bring an Atlas workout to Bad Apple.

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Weed pickers
  • Side straddle hops
  • Mountain climbers
  • High knees

The Thang:

Tabata style workout that I’ve lead at Atlas before.  1 minute 45 seconds of exercise, 15 seconds of rest.

Round 1 / 3 with Cinderblock

  • Deadlifts
  • Rows
  • Lunges
  • Curls
  • Presses

Round 2 / 4:

  • LBCs
  • Presses
  • Leg kicks (round 2) / Scissors (round 4)
  • Skull crushers (round 2) / V Ups (round 4)
  • Freddy Mercury’s (round 2) / Dying cockroach (round 4)

Finished the workout with a quick Cusack carry.
