13 pre-runners/ruckers and 19 for the beatdown. What a great day.
We started around the parking lot with karaokes, butt kickers and high knees. Then over to the pool parking lot for IC SSH, weed pickers and imperial walkers.
First up was a BLIMPS snake. We started in the corner of the pool parking lot near FOD. One lane for each letter. 5 reps on the FOD side of the lot, 10 reps on the pool side of the lot. We snaked down the lot doing the exercises on each lane, then back again to the start point.
Next we headed over to the planters behind FOD. Pyramid DORA with 50 jump squats, 100 had release mercans, 200 step-ups, 300 sit-ups, and back down. Wellll … that might have been a bit ambitious. We didn’t make it back down, not enough time. For those that finished the sit-ups, head over to the wall. Partner A balls to the wall, Partner B 20 monkey-humpers. Flap jack. 6:14 – back to the flag.
