I was looking through the backblasts from other AOs for something we haven’t done lately.  Saw The Bridge discussing the Board of Pain.  Sounded like fun.

  • 10x Copperhead Squats
  • Arm Circles

The Thang:

The Board of Pain.  Partner exercise with cumulative rep counts.  One man runs while the other completes the exercise.  Upon the partner’s return, switch spots.

  • 100 American Hammers
  • 100 Makhtar N’Dayes
  • 100 Jump Squats

  • 100 Freddy Mercury’s
  • 100 Star Jumps
  • 200 Dollys
  • 100 Burpees

No one completed the entire list but two groups were in the process of completing the last round of burpees when time ran out.
