YHC noticed some last minute Q shuffling on the Rubicon slack channel so grabbed the opportunity to get a Q rep in. Always great to be back in the saddle at where it all began for me. Plenty of PAX to share the love today.
Disclaimer, quick mosey towards the field of dreams with a couple of stops along the way for IC of weed pickers, SSHs, walk out merkins, and copperhead squats.
Over to the FOD.
Thing #1- Super 21s
We gathered on the first base line near the outfield wall. YHC handed out 3 exercises (Half burpees, Squats, and Crunchy Frogs) that would be done together in descending rep counts. We started with 21 where we stood, then ran along the outfield fence to the third base line for 19 reps, back to first for 17, and then back again to third based line for 15. Back and forth reducing the rep count by two each time until we finished with one rep of each. The fast finishers moseyed around the yard collecting the PAX until everyone finished.
Thing #2- Rock Work
We moseyed over to the rock pile and each pax grabbed a rock. We circled up for the following:
*Circle curls. Kind of like a circle burp two pax on opposite sides started with half up curls (15). Once completed the PAX to their left started. All the while the rest of the PAX anxiously waited their term in a static half curl position.

* 10 Blockee Buyout
