It was supposed to rain.  Designed a Q to stay dry.  Pulled in and it wasn’t raining.  Well, if it does, we’ll be prepared…

The Thang:

Go grab a cinder block.

The rep count is exercise 1 (12 reps), 2 (20 reps), 3 (40 reps).  Every round should be done 3 times

Round 1: 12 front raises, 20 overhead press, 40 chest presses

Round 2: 12 overhead lunges (double count), 20 dead lifts, 40 squats

Round 3: 12 V-chops, 20 Halo’s, 40 Swings

Round 4 (modify rep count because of time): 10 V-swings, 10 leg scissors (holding the cinder), 10 American hammers (w/cinder)

And that’s time!
