After many mornings of leg days ( nobody skips leg day… nobody), QIC decided to be nice and have a no leg day bd.

All thought QIC was going to be nice since it as a no leg day… Muhahaha
We moseyed to the pavilion and waiting was the board with a crudly drawn map of the park. This was going to be a merkin mile but not your everyday one.
No no no 25 reps at designated spots of various merkin types (derkins, hand release merkins, merkins, staggard hand merkins,stone mountains, werkins). With 3 laps around the park totaling 75 merkins per spot we ended that part of the bd with 450 combined merkins.
We weren’t done yet. First it was step ups for the six cause we needed some leg work i mean come on nobody skips leg day, nobody.
Then for the remaining time it was elevens between dips and pullups at the playground.
