The Pitstop World Tour rolled into the Bad Apple this morning, but unfortunately into the wrong parking lot! After a quick scramble to the RIGHT parking lot YHC set up the speaker and commenced the guest Q.
YHC also shamefully neglected to write this BB in a timely manner so key details might be missing…
Sprocket began the warm-up while I set up the activity. I think he did SSH. I added Imperial Walkers and merkins and long mosey to warm-up the legs.
Thang 1 – The running pacer test. A Pitstop tradition. The pax were off and running back-and-forth on a 20m course to the beeps of the pacer. Each beep sped up slightly until everyone failed.
Thang 2 – The pushup pacer test. “down-up-1, down-up-2” to a cadence. Sprocket killed it by doing a merkin for every year he’s been alive.
Having messed up slightly with the execution of the pacer tests left YHC with a considerable time to kill. Time for Dora123!
We then capped it off with a curb-plank-walk.
Volunteers needed for the next NLB beatdown on April 10.
Prayers for Chalupa’s and Zima’s families.
Some other important needs that I woefully forget and feel terrible about.
Bad Apple was a great idea and I underestimated how well it would stick. The Roswell F3 pax are a dedicated and consistent bunch. Keep up the great work!
