After learning that Circus was nursing a tennis injury and he had the Q, I offered to take it as further motivation to break my recent fart sack streak. I probably should have checked the weather first. Driving to the Wreck in a freaking monsoon I scrambled to think of any workout that could be conducted under shelter. Nothing. We were going with what I had planned to recycle. Probably going to get a little wet.
Moseyed over to the football field lot for some SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers and Slow Squats. Then over to the LAX field.
An oldie, but a Gmonkey goodie. Tyson 11s.
Start with one Mike Tyson on the wall. Bear crawl to the first hash marks. 10 Big Boys. Crabwalk back to wall.
Repeat as necessary totaling 11 each time.
Thankfully the rain slowed considerably.
PAX knocked this out with plenty of time left so we made a quick stop at the brick wall for some Donkey Kicks and Balls to the Wall endurance hold. I don’t think any records were set here.
Short mosey over to the the stands for 10 Dips, 10 Decline Merkins, 20 LBCs. Rinse and Repeat x3.
Mosey over to the playground for a few rounds of Morning Call. Shoulders feeling pretty smoked at this point.
Back to the flag with a few minutes for Mary.
