Salta – The harder version of Atlas

YHC was excited to get going since he had been waiting on the Q sheet for weeks for this day.  Wednesday is typically the hardest workout for Salta and I was ready to bring it.


Quick warm-up of:

  • Arm circles
  • Weed Pickers
  • Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

Group split up into a pain station and worked for 2 minutes with a 20 second rest in between.   The pain stations were:

  • Cross snatch with a kettle bell
  • Lawn mowers with a 25lb plate
  • Incline and Decline Merkins on a Atlas ball
  • Farm carry with 2 cinders
  • Curls with a cinder
  • LBC’s
  • Over head press with a 35lb plate

Group continued to rotate each 2 minutes while listening to some sweet country music.
