Back in December False Start missed out on lumberghathon stopping at Windjammer. I told him I would be back when he was ready. After having to push from last week ( Which he covered proving his greatness) I was ready to go.
2 prerunners and 4 preruckers including my first time. And a very close call by Dr Rico.
Pop by the lake for SSH, IW and WP. Off to the Sports Park.
Everyone (else) did BTTW so I could ask False Start some question. His answers created the workout which would be 4 rounds of 25 reps each, burpees, and a run.
Answers were: 7, Green, Fleming’s, Foo fighters and to the future.
Most had come down from the wall and we headed to the lot and did the routine.
After four rounds I gave him the choice of another round or to move on. We moved on.
Next was AMRAF. That is ‘As Many Reps As FalseStart’. We all go until he calls it/fails.
Dips, Box Jumps, Freddie’s, and Diamonds. We did 8 more burpees just because. One more round and we head back to the Flag
A little Mary and more burpees. I think False Start hates Fleming’s now.
Inca couple of weeks this will be the AO to visit. The sunrise is just starting to show near the end of time.
