Run to the opposite goal line & complete 100 SSH – Bernie back

10 Lat pullovers + 10 Overhead presses, then Cusack / Riflecarry to the 20 yard line

It’s great to see so many men come out on a chilly Monday morning to set your month off right. Remember that we ‘Get to,’ rather than ‘Have to.’ (thanks for the tough reminder Hushpuppy!). This hits hard every time I hear it, so it’s good to be continually reminded to help me keep perspective.
