Another big group for the morning at the Rubicon. Great to see in the winter with “feels like” temps in the 20s.
We started with a run around behind the pool, and added in some high knees, butt kickers, and skips. Then circled up for IC SSH, windmills, mountain climbers and mercans.
First up, we headed down to field of dreams, partnered up and lined up along the 3rd base line. DORA time with 100 hand release mercans, 200 squats and 300 alpha count American hammers. The running partner ran to the 1st – 2nd base line, one burpee and back. Mary for the six. All done, we headed up to the pool parking lot and lined up on the side near FOD. Hindenberg BLIMPS suicides to the islands across the parking lot. 1st set is 5 burpees and return. 2nd set is 5 burpees, 10 lunges and return. Continue building through BLIMPS adding 5 reps to the count for each exercise. Again, Mary for the six. Time was close at hand, so back to the flag for a couple minutes of round robin Mary.
