Ready-Mix stepped in for the ill-fallen Popper on his Birthday Q. Decided to dust off last January’s “Run the Gauntlet” beatdown.
Mosey’d over to the C’est-La-Vie Bakery lot and did some rounds of SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers and Copperhead Squats, followed by a short mosey over to Homer’s Donut and did the namesake round-about.
The Thang Part 1: Mosey over from Homer’s Donut to the Perimeter parking lot and setup camp in front of the double tree line I like to call “The Gauntlet”. Partnered up and with one partner working exercises, the other running the entire length of the Gauntlet – exercises were 150 Diamond Merkins, 150 BBSU, 120 Mike Tysons. This was followed by a short mosey over to another parking lot for a quick Four Corners including 10x V-Ups, 10x Freddy Mercuries, 10x Dying Cockroaches, and 10x Crunchy Frogs. Then headed back Indian-Run style to the parking lot to finish with some Lunge-walks and a 200m sprint to the flag. Whew!
