Preamble:
1-1-2021. The Date and time of the 10 year anniversary of the first workout of what would become known as F3 in Charlotte, NC. And also the end of one of the most unloved years I can recall, 2020! We gathered at the flag for a quick intro and disclaimer and we were off for the top of the hill from which the AO takes it’s name, The Widowmaker.

We numbered off into teams, 4 teams of 4 and 1 team of 3 for the 2021 Challenge and we ran to the bottom of the Widowmaker.

For the Challenge YHC had a board prepared of the following:
Each PAX owed the following:
| 10 trips to the top of the Widowmaker with 10 Merkins toll at manhole cover each direction |
| 100 Squats |
| 100 Merkins |
| 300 Alpha count American Hammers |
| 300 Overhead Air Press |
| 200 single count SSH |
| 200 Plank Jacks |
| 200 LBC |
Each team could divide up the work to play to the PAX strengths. Call it Dora style. So a 5 man team owed 5X the numbers above. a 4 man team 4X.
