The main goal of today’s workout was movement to keep us warm as it was 28 degrees at start time. So lots of running today, which is atypical for YHC.
Jogged over to the gazebo across the street and did some side straddle hops, slow squats, and mountain climbers.
Started by partnering up and completing three laps around the buildings by the gazebo. Each PAX went the opposite way from their partner and completed 10 merkins upon meeting up with their partner.
After completion of the three laps, we jogged back to the flag and started our main exercise. PAX started at the flag and completed 25 LBCs and then ran to another point in the parking lot and completed another 50 LBCs. Back to the flag for 75 LCBs, then back to the other point for 50 LBCs, then back to the flag for 25 more.
Restarted this pyramid exercise using squats and then lunges. Then time was called. Good job everyone – I know that was a lot of squats and lunges.
