Started things off with a mosey across the street to the Gazebo, where under shelter, we did side straddle hop, weed pickers, toy soldiers and hillbilly’s to get the blood flowing.
While still under the Gazebo, we started things off with 50 Merkins, then followed that up with never ending 100 Big Boys.
We moseyed from there back across the street and found shelter near this big yellow things that haul children to and fro school. There, we Bear-Crawled from one end to the other, knocked out 10 Burpies, Bear-Crawled back and completed 10+ Burpies.
From there, we moseyed to a separate covered location where we knocked out 100 Side Straddle Hops followed by 50 Mountain Climbers (2 count)
We, or I took a deep breathe and we returned to the Gazebo where we started things off with 30 Diamonds, proceeded to mosey all the way around the parking lot and back to Gazebo for 75 LBC’s.
Back we went to 3rd covered location for Lunges down, 10 Stone Mountains, Lunges back and 10 more Stone Mountains.
Back to where it all started, in the Circle of Trust, we alternated different exercises while the Pax that chose the exercise, did the fun run around where we park.
