Admittedly, even YHC has missed a Q before, I may have even done it on more than one occasion, but thinking back over the 5 plus years of this AO’s existence, and my years of tenure here, i can’t remember there ever being two Qs missed in one week (or even in the same year). Imagine my surprise, when for the 2nd time in less than 72 hours, a Q did not post. Wow! What is even more ironic about the 2nd time, is that the Q actually apologized for not posting on Tuesday, prior to not posting today. YHC is going to have think long and hard about appropriate retribution for both parties involved, but I digress.
It was a glorious day in the Woody. The rain had subsided, the clouds had largely parted, and the air was cooler and drier than the last few mornings.
After lamenting our missing Q, we got down to business.
All IC – two rounds for good measure:
SSH (x15 / x10)
Imperial Walkers (x15 / x10)
Low Slow Squats (x15 / x10)
Single-Leg Lunges (x15 / x10)
Windmills (x15 / x10)
Stone Mountain Push-Ups ( (x10 / x10)
Large Arm Circles (5 Forward and 5 in Reverse)
Mosey to the track and take a lap.
Time to get down to business.
Run 100 yards (1/4 of a lap) and break:
30 LBCs (x10)
After the last set continue to run around the track to where it all began. Last 200 yards. Plank for the 6.
Mosey to the Wildcat and wall sit, continuing to wait for 6.
Circle up for some Mary (mainly x15, some OYO)
Big Boy Sit Ups
Obliques (Left / Right) and only x11
Mosey back to the track. x3 100 yard jail breaks, with a mosey in between.
Q was reminded that beatdowns are only 45 minutes, so at 46, we called it done.
Rambo took us out with words of wisdom.
Prayers for Chain Gang (and Suds), they will need it.
Seriously, twice in one week. Let’s not do this again…for a while.
