Mosey to the start of the trail by the Etris entrance.
Partner up. We have catch-me-if-you can. Partner A carries the cinder, either Cusack or Rifle Carry. Partner B does 25 Stone Mountains, then run and catches his partner. Then they switch. Continue down the trail until reaching the other parking lot (about 2/3rds of the way on the trail) and mary for the 6. When the 6 is in, Partner A does 15 big boys and counts them out loud. With every rep, Partner B does an overhead press with the cinder. Then switch. The goal is for each to do 45 overhead presses and 45 big boys. Then resume catch-me-if-you-can, but substitute the 25 stone mountains with 25 merkins. Stay on the trail. Lunges for the 6.
Mosey back to the flag. Everyone grab a cinder and head to the hill. Partner A runs up the hill with the cinder and does 15 bicep curls while Partner B does skull crushers until Partner A comes back down the hill, then they switch. 3 sets of each (a total of 45 bicep curls). Put the cinders down, run over to the field. 2 sets for sprints – jog to the second tree, sprint to the fourth tree (the most confusing part of the Q). Mosey back to the hill, grab your cinder, back to the flag. For the last 3 minutes, we did captain thor. American hammers w/o the cinder, big boys w/the cinder. A ration of 4 american hammers to 1 big boy. Time!
Prayers for Swamp Donkey and his family with the recent passing of his sister. Swamp recommended calling someone close to you that you haven’t spoken to in a while as life goes by quickly. Great advice. Also, prayers for this country.
