On this cold post-election morning, QIC is offering a beatdown that is inspired by the ever-popular and familiar “Murph” aka the Body Armor Workout.
At 0530 hours sharp, we moseyed from the flag to the parking lot next to the multi-sport fields and circled up for a quick F3 disclaimer and a Warm-O-Rama which includes SSH, Slow Squats, Toy Soldiers and Slow Merkins. The pax then partnered up and moseyed back in the opposite direction to the playground area for the main event.
Both partners perform the following exercises, then run one loop around the adjacent baseball field.
Rinse and repeat 4X.
The gazelles Mary for the 6 and with only minutes left, we moseyed back to the flag for yet a few more Mary.
