With much chatter about our Atlanta Braves, who are one win away from another World Series since 1999, after last night’s 10-2 win, it is only proper to pay homage by putting the team’s name in the beatdown.


We mosey away from the flag to the Roswell Gymnastics parking lot and circle up for the following exercises.

  • SSH
  • Toy Soldiers
  • Weed Pickers
  • Slow Squats
  • Slow Merkins

Warmed up and ready to roll, we partnered up for the main event.

The Thang:

BLIMPS – Partner A bear crawls from one side of the parking lot to the other and mosey back, while Partner B performs the exercises starting with Burpees. Partners flip-flop and rinse and repeat until both have performed a cumulative 100 reps for each of the following exercises.

  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Merkins
  • Plank Jacks
  • Squats

Mary-o-Rama – Each pax leads one Mary exercise of his choosing in cadence and calls the number reps for the group.

  • Dying Cock Roaches – Backside
  • Peter Parkers – Bear
  • LBCs – Norm
  • Stone Mountains – Sellout (not officially a Mary)
  • Freddie Mercury – Caffeine
  • Wide Merkins – Boomstick (again not officially a Mary)

We then mosey around the pond stopping at the gazebo behind the Roswell Visual Arts building for the final thang.

Legs-o-Rama – Similar to the Mary-o-Rama but this time each pax leads a leg exercise of his choosing in cadence and dictates the number of reps for the group.

  • Step-ups – YHC
  • Heel Raises – Backside
  • Bonny Blares – Sellout

After only 3 exercises, it was time to mosey back to the flag.


F3 Alpha 5 year anniversary convergence at the Rubicon with a pre-run option at 6:00 AM and pre-ruck option at 5:30 AM.
