Kind of a solo Dora, wanted to make sure that everyone got plenty of reps in. Switching position on the hill every 50 reps

Finishing at the top of the hill, we returned to the Eaves parking lot for one of my favorites. 10x Cheerleaders immediately followed by failure to launch… was definitely hearing some burning going on around rep 5 on the jump tucks.
Now that our shoulders had recovered, straight into Jack Webbs… a couple of PAX found a yoga mat and eventually YHC had to outsource the shoulder press counts to Raspeberry Pi and Brownie.
Back down the hill and banged out a quick 50 curls before throwing our coupons back on the pile.
Mosey back to the flag with stops for burpees x3, burpees x6, lunges x 15, squats x40, caroline dry docks x 25. A lap around our home parking lot with a spring on the back stretch x2 for the gazelles.

Blackbox gave platelets to Atlanta Blood Services near Northside, they are low on supply. Praises for Postal’s 2.o on his return to sports. Continued prayers for all of our marriages. Prayers for Hitchcock as he is being activated to the Reserve in November. Prayers for safety and health as kids return to school.
