Run in the woods toward the bridge and circle up after it.

10 of each IC: Weed Pickers, Copper Head Squats, Tempo Merkins, Arm Circles FW and Backwards.

The Thang:

We moseyed the short distance to the curbside for 11s, starting with 10 Mike Tysons at the curb and 1 Makhtar back at the bridge.

During the 11s YHC had an inspiration to introduce the NLB men to one of the exercises from this year’s IPC, knowing full well it will impact a well timed plan. After the 11s we went back to the curb for 20 Hand Release Release Merkins. Defenitely a crowd pleaser.

Indian Run back to the AO, from the main road this time. Mosey to the roundabout.

At the roundabout we started with Mucho Chesto – 10 of each Merkins: regular, wide, diamond, stagger left and stagger right. Then Homer Donut – Bear Crawl around the roundabout and finish with another Mucho Chesto. At this point YHC lost most sensation in the arms (except pain, of course) and based on the mumble chatter I might not have been the only one.

We moseyed to the restroom building for some Dora. YHC knew there wouldn’t be time to finish but still announced the plan. Partner up for 50 No Surrenders, 100 BBSU, 150 American Hammers and 200 Flatter Kicks. Partner runs the trail up and down.

YHC called recover near or at the end of the BBSUs and we circled up for very rapid 25 IC American Hammers just because we didn’t get to it in the Dora.

Prayers for NLB men that transition into the program and for those that transition out – Carabiner.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We need to finalize the new name for Caney Creek. YHC votes for Chain Breakers.
