3 rounds, 10x20x30x40x reps and repeat for 10 mins each round

  1. dips, sholder press, curls and shoulder taps
  2. merkins, lateral raise, kettle swings and crabby patties
  3. lying down lateral raise, skull crushers, bench press and SSH’s

1 min rest in between rounds
