Preamble:
After a significant BD the following week to start the IronPAX Challenge, it was now time for Week 2. And, within the dark cover of oh five thirty, this workout would take proper planning, coordination, and execution. Coupons for all PAX, 6 cones placed at 25 yard measurements, a shovel flag, timer, glow sticks to see said cones, big whiteboard to remember it all, and a kick butt playlist to keep the men in fighting spirit.
YHC had to scrap the plans to meet in the standard LZ and set up the in the rear field of the AO. The men looked concerned, frightened almost, when they finally arrived at the wheel of misfortune, resembling a cult like ceremony in the dark. When YHC mentioned the famous line from Deliverence, a little laughter arose as a few of the PAX would have no clue…SMH.
Alas, they were determined and ready to get stronger.

It was my pleasure to prepare the challenge and lead this fine group in this BD. At the end, the men were sufficiently spent; sweaty, grass stained, and tired. They mirrored the song by Lit that was played…”Kick the living sh!t out of me..” However, they never relented, gave everything they had and answered the challenge with a proverbial molon labe response for the 43 minutes, demonstrating true courage and strength.
