YHC originally had planned some coupon work (and recommended gloves), but made last minute modifications to a more cardio-centric workout. Mumble chatter was light, although present. 16 PAX soldiered on….

Mosey over to the pavilion by the pond.
Each PAX chose a partner and the games began. 1 PAX performed the workout while the partner PAX ran a loop around the pond. No count on the workout as each PAX went reps until the partner PAX finished the loop. Trade with partner and rinse/repeat:
RD1 – high knees (run in place, holding hands out parallel to ground brining your knees up to your hands)
RD2 – hip raises (lay on your back and reach your feet to the sky, raising hips off the ground)
RD3 – Low to high plank (plank on elbows, then raise to plank on hands, back down to elbows – thats one)
RD4 – Close-body squats (air squats with your feet as close together as possible)
