YHC knew the numbers would be a bit lighter this morning and with some newer PAX so I decided to revisit a routine I haven’t Q’d in a while that’s an oldie but a goodie.
Run around the playground parking lot and circle up for some SSH, Sun Gods, Sprinklers IC and then on to the thang.
Take the scenic route to the baseball field complex out back and knock out the C.L.I.M.B. routine.
C – crab cake (alpha count)
L – lunge (alpha count)
I – imperial squat walker (alpha count)
M – merkin
B – burpee
Each round increases in reps starting with 1,2,3,4,5 then 2,4,6,8,10….up to 5,10,15,20,25. Backwards mosey from concession stand to top of parking lot entrance and forward mosey back down in between each round. This one gets tough toward the end but is well worth the pain.
Just enough time to meander back to the flag for some flutters IC.
Prayers for Chinstrap’s boss’ boss, Mike Peavey, who’s in the hospital for COVID and (hopefully) making a recovery. Continued prayers for Snowman and his family and all others with family members who struggle with the disease of addiction.
