I figured we would do something a little different this morning. We have done four corners, We have done up and down the ladder and a burpee mile.
What would be more fun than to combine them all into one hellish experience 🙂
Before getting started we did a quick warmup consisting of
At East Cobb Park there is a stretch of track from the parking lot all the way back to the bridge heading to the trails. The distance from the parking lot is .2 miles.
We did four rounds up and down the ladder with this track. 1st exercise by the flag 10 reps. 2nd exercise by the pavilion 20 reps plus the original 10. 3rd exercise by the stage 30 reps plus 20,10. 4th exercise at the bridge with 40,30,20,10. Then worked our way back to the flag to rinse and repeat 4 times ( #4 was missed due to timeout).
