Mosey to top of hill parking lot by the Wreck building. Proceed with arm spins, side straddle hops, Abe-Vigodas, Hillbillies. Mosey to the pond.
Start with a Pond Snake. Similar to an indian run but with exercises not running. PAX form a line with six to ten feet apart. Start doing exercise, last pax runs to the front of the line, begins exercise and yells, “go”. Next PAX runs to the front of the line and so on until all PAX have run to the front. Begin fresh exercise and continue until your snake goes the intended route. We went most of the way around the pond. Using merkins, jump ropes, T-bombs, Squats, Box cutters, rinse and repeat.
Mosey to lot by football field. Grab some wet slimy coupons out of drainage ditch. Mosey to football field. Split PAX into two teams. Yanks and Brits. Each team facing from across the field start exercises. One PAX from each side comes to the middle and play Corn Hole game. for each bag in hole team gets to march forward ten steps. The other team must back up 5 steps. For each bag on board a team can progress 5 steps forward. After all PAX have had a turn at the Corn Hole game. Switch up exercise. We started with Curls, overhead press, skull crusher, freddie mercury, shrugs. rinse and repeat.
Mosey to playground and each PAX did five pullups and the rest performed merkins in unison with the pullups. Mosey back to parking lot for a round of diamonds, arm & hammers, supermans, box cutters and scissors.
Great to have visitor and FNG. Bo Knows introduced PAX from Indiana. Now known as Mumbles.
