The daily dose of pollen was ingested by 7 PAX on a glorious Spring morning. Round two of our grand experimented resulted in plenty of sweat with little mubblechatter as the PAX tried to navigate Skype and its garbled matrix sounds.

The Thang:

Circuits with one minute per set, 10 second break and 1.5 minutes of driveway burpee suicides between circuits

  3. Bonnie Blair Hurdle Hops
  4. Twerkin
  5. No Surrender
  6. Side V-Up

Finisher: 3 sets x Bulgarian Split Squat: 8 slow and the 8 fast on each leg

We had a minute to spare and we ate that up with Crunchy Frogs and American Hammers. YHC’s ole Apple Watch decided to call emergency services during American Hammers. Maybe holding your breath and trying to count cadence gives off some weird heart palpations (or the buttons on the watch got unknowingly held down).
