Full disclosure, YHC thought he signed up for Wednesday and was surprised to get a “You are”, when 5:29 hit and YHC asked who was Qing. Time to roll with it and go. The Wednesday plan became the Monday plan.

Thing #1: Sectionals with the light poles as markers. Mosey a segment, haul butt a segment. Mosey a segment, haul butt two segments. Mosey, a segment, haul butt three segments. Mosey a segment, and finish at the bench.
Thing #2: We spread out along the sidewalk facing the hill for some countdown work. We started with 10 reps of Merkins, Big Boy Sit-ups, and Squats followed by a mosey to the top. Nine reps on the next round counting, eight on the next, and so on down to 1. Note: the hill was muddy and steep.
Thing #3: Free solo. YHC has recently enjoyed indoor rock climbing with the family. On a recent mosey, YHC found a wall that would work well for some bouldering work. I figured we would give it a shot.
Thing #4: Partner up for some mini-Doras with a rock. 50 team curls, presses, and squat presses
Things #5: Mosey back towards the flag for some Lt. Burpees. One burpee/four SSHs, Two Burpees/eight/SSHs. Collected the six. Mosey towards the flag, with an All you got at the end.
