Rain. Every. Tuesday. That is what we have had. Looking at the forecast it looked like this week the rain would end juuuust in time for our 0530 start… or just after we ended. Looking at the radar at 0445 north Fulton is clear and plan “A” is put into effect. HiiT the parking lot! Outside! No pavilion!
I arrived early to get the stations set up and prep for the workout and ran over to the flag to meet the PAX. 0530 rolled around and we had 6 PAX come out for a relatively warm morning at 48 and only a hint of mist.
At 0530 after a disclaimer we mosied over to the “big” parking lot where we circled up for:
Warmed and ready for action I introduced the PAX to the workout for today:
9 Stations, 30 seconds work and 10-15 seconds to change to the next exercise then 30 seconds until all 9 stations are visited.
Squat /w Girlfriend
Halo /w Girlfriend
Eccentric Row suspended from a tree
10 meter Sprint (well really 12. Don’t tell anyone!)
Clean Squat /w Girlfriend
Bag Burpees /w Girlfriend
Curls /w Girlfriend
After HiiTing all of the stations we took a mosey to the other side of the parking lot and back for some active recovery and then rinse and repeat 2 more times.
After 3 rounds we moved over to the pavilion in search of some dry pavement for Mary:
Then a run back to the flag and plank for announcements and prayer request.
