Finally, a weekday workout with no rain (but soggy grounds).  Eight brave souls decided to exit the fartsack and join their F3 brothers for another Seles beatdown.


15 Side Straddle Hops, 15 Mary Katherines, 15 Imperial Walkers, 15 Running with Scissors, 10 Floyd Mayweathers, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 Run-Stance-Switch i.c.



The Thang:

Mosey to the front of the school at the benches for 11’s: Jump-Ups and Dips

Bear Crawl and/or Crab Walk down the sidewalk and around the corner to the Seles stop

Mary: 25 Box-cutters, 25 Heels-to-Heaven, 25 Dying Cockroaches, 25 LBCs  i.c.

Partner Up:  #1 does 8-count body builders while #2 runs to the top level of the parking area then backwards runs across the top level back to forward run to relieve #1  Switch and repeat 3X

Mosey to Memorial Garden for 3 sets of 15 Step-Ups and 10 Derkins i.c. with no rest in between the two exercises or sets (felt harder than it sounds!)

Mosey to track for 800 m of 50’s: 50 m jog, 50 m sprint for two laps (YHC had planned for a mile but had to cut in half to get the last set of Mary in!  Good thing too.)

Circle up at the flagpole for Mary: 25 Low Flutter, 25 30-60-90 Protractors, 25 L over R, 25 R over L, 25 LBCs i.c.

Mosey back to start.


Salt Lick took us out in fine fashion.

For any of those who were counting, that was 450 single count mary repetitions.  Great core work PAX!
