PAX (5): Haha, Reba, Man Baby, Pothole, and Nacho Libre
Well, the rain has been coming down lately! This morning YHC wanted to get out of the cover of a pavilion for once. So rain or shine I had a plan and the rain seemed to hold of!
Mosey out of the parking lot toward the trial. At the trail junction, we did some SSH’s, Windmills, and Hill Billies.
At the trail junction, we were able to take the short cut right up the hill*. We moseyed around the track and headed to the coupon pile. Everyone grabbed a rock except for Man Baby he grabbed a boulder. We headed towards the pavilion for a little Captain Thor with the coupons. 1 to 4 Merkins to shoulder press. YHC called an audible so everyone got a chance on Man Baby’s rock. After we finished we took the trail back around to the Junction for a few squats. We took the short cut hill* and headed back to the pavilion. This time we did Loaded Nachos. It’s a 1 to 4 Pull-ups to curls. We passed around Man Baby’s boulder again. After we finished we took the trail in reverse and did some lunges at the junction.
Prayers for the men in our community. We continue to develop meaningful relationships.
1st our hill over at the creek needs a name. That thing is brutal!
I can’t take the credit for naming Loaded Nachos. That is the name Baby Face (F3 Cherokee) came up with after I told him the workout.
