White Claw got warmed up with a solo pre-run around the park as he got a maybe from Sprocket and crickets from the rest of the PAX on slack.
Moseyed over to the middle of the football field for some SSH, Weed Pickers, and Windmills
We did a routine called William Wallace. Pax are broken up into even teams of 4. Each team goes to a corner of the field. One pax member from each team runs to the center of the field and performs a chosen exercise while the rest of the Pax perform another exercise in the corner. That Pax returns to his corner and alternating Pax complete the exercise. 4 rounds of exercises are completed.
1st Round: 10 Burpees in the middle of the field, the rest of the Pax did Monkey Humpers in the corners
2nd Round: 20 Shoulder Taps (alpha) in the middle of the field, the rest of the Pax did Plank in the corners
3rd Round: 30 American Hammers (alpha) in the middle of the field, the rest of the PAX did V-sits in the corners
4th Round: 40 Sumo Squats in the middle of the field, the rest of the PAX did Burpees in the corners
A lot more pain was planned but do to the number of Pax the routine lasted a little longer than planned. That just means the Pax will have their freedom this time with double the pain to come at a future beatdown.
