At 5:30am sharpe, we mosey’d through the trail, up the hill and circled up in the parking lot near the gym.

The Thang:

Mosey’d to the back entrance of the gym.  We had 6 sets of exercises listed out.  PAX does set 1, then moseys to the covered pavilion by the pond, where they will see that exercise to do for set 1.  Mosey back to the gym for set 2 and so on.  The sets are as follows:

Set 1: Burpees X 15
Set 2: Jump Squats X 30
Set 3: Monkey Humpers X 30
Set 4: American Hammers X 40
Set 5: J-Lo’s X 20
Set 6: Burpees X 15

Pavilion by the Pond:

Set 1: Dips X 30
Set 2: Decline Merkins X 30
Set 3: Incline Merkins X 30
Set 4: Step-Ups X 30
Set 5: Diamond Decline Merkins X 20
Set 6: Dips X 20

Mosey to the playground for 1 round of Murph (10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, 30 squats)

Back to the flag, where we finished up with a couple rounds of Mary.




Prayers for Divot and the health of his new born son.  The same goes for others from our AO.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Mentioned the importance of reaching out to those that we haven’t seen since the warmer weather.  Also, talked about how to help one of our neighbors in the park (Moonshine) by possibly scheduling a yard clean-up.  Though it was small, a good group for a Friday in terrible weather.
