It’s Halloween. Time for candy and treats! But wait! There is a price to be paid for those little “Fun Size” nuggets of joy. You eat the calories, you have to burn them off or wear them.
YHC arrived at the flag with my glowing pumpkin and Punisher shirt on. We were going to be punished for the candy we had already eaten (oh come one now! you know you have already been eating candy before Halloween got here! That Costco bag isn’t going to eat itself!)
At 0530 we mosied up the hill to the pavilion where Tuck Norris and the girlfriends were waiting.
We circled for warm up:
Time to get down to business. YHC had a bucket of candy and a board of exercises. Each PAX got turns reaching in to the bucket and then matching the candy with the two exercises to choose from: one Trick and on Treat. Well, not really. They are both Tricks. Everyone does the exercises selected. If you pull teh Skittles (the only non-chocolate candy in the bucket) everyone gets 15 Burpees.
We selected each candy at least once. Several multiple times. Someone kept picking out the Skittles!
We had a selection of music for this morning, Sugar themed:
Candy Man was a nice selection to send everyone home with! You are welcome.
