A call was put out for a replacement Q for today. I realized it had been a bit and while I planned to sleep in ahead of the BRR I took up the challenge.

I put it out as a BRR friendly workout with minimal legs. Nobody took my bait.


Jog to the pool lot for Weedpickers IW and SSH

The Thang:

We each get one of the shiny new rocks by the pool and line up in the parking lot.

Rounds of 20, 15, 10, and 5 with Rick exercise at one end and Mary at the other.

Curls to LBC

Shoulder press to shoulder tap

Skull crushers to flutter kicks

Rows to Hammers

We start a repeat of curls and shoulders counting up but time was running out.

Back to the flag just in time to do one burpee for the originally scheduled Q, Devito


Prayers for all traveling this weekend including BRR groups

Prayers for healing from injury for Cookie and Stiflers wife.
